All of dream a rainbowtique creations are handmade and therefore do expect some slight variations. Our hair bows are made from high quality ribbons and hardwares. All ribbon ends are heat-sealed to prevent fraying. All hairclips are partially lined. Do advise in your order if you would like to have them fully lined. There will be an additional charge of $0.20. Non-slip foam can be added at no additional charge. Do note that colours may differ due to different resolution. Custom designs are welcome!

Normal postage cost will be advise upon confirmation. I will not bear any responsibility should mail be lost through normal mail. Registered mail at an additional of $2.25 are highly recommended. Enjoy free normal postage with purchases of $25.00 and above for Hair accessories Only. Free Registered mail for purchases above $45.00 for Hair accessories Only.

An email will be sent to you upon confirmation with total amount and payment details. Please email funds transfer ref. no., nick and mode of payment (i.e., through internet banking or ATM transfers) immediately upon transfer. Please indicate if you are transferring from other banks. Orders will only be process when payment are received. Orders will be posted within 3-5 days depending on the amount of order received. An email will be sent upon mailing of items and RA no. will be given for orders through registered mail.

Refunds & Returns

Most items are made to order, customized or personalized. Therefore, all sales are final. No returns, refunds or exchange for another item will be entertained.
